Controller-CFO

Curative AI, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller, fast track to CFO, in the Seattle Metro Region (Bellevue, Washington) to lead financial operations and ensure our company's financial health. Our cutting-edge AI platform and tools will transform healthcare management, leading with RCM solutions for streamlined documentation, faster claims processing, enhanced clinical decision support, and much more. You will be responsible for overseeing all accounting, tax compliance, and financial operations of the company.

This role requires a strategic, hands-on thinker with strong technical skills and a deep understanding of financial reporting and analysis. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Manage the company's accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and tax requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support
• Participate in fundraising activities and investor relations
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently located in the Seattle Metro Region and able to work hybrid on-site a minimum of three days at our Bellevue location
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Current CPA certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a startup environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools
• Adept at handling comprehensive tax responsibilities
• Experience with SaaS solutions financial operations (subscription-based model with recurring revenue)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High energy, growth mindset, and a positive attitude
• Able to move quickly, adapt to change, and anticipate financial reporting needs
