Job Summary:
- Provide comprehensive eye exams and diagnose vision defects and general health conditions.
- Prescribe medications and treatments within state guidelines and provide pre- and post-operative care for cataract and refractive surgeries.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and write referrals as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Optometry from an accredited institution.
- Licensure to practice optometry in Alaska.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
