What are the responsibilities and job description for the Endocrinology Physician position at Curative?
Becoming a key member of our Endocrinology department at Curative, located just outside New York City in New Jersey, you will be part of initiatives aimed at advancing and expanding the Endocrinology unit. You will contribute to our established infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a thriving clinical practice focused on adult endocrinology with high patient volume primarily sourced from 4 affiliated hospitals
- High-volume patient load
- Cover in-patient consults as needed
- Work closely with a dietitian to provide comprehensive care for long-term care patients
- Guaranteed leadership opportunities available for those interested
Schedule
- A one-week call schedule per month (can transition to half-time based on practice needs)
- 3.5-4 days per week dedicated to clinical duties and 1 day for administrative tasks including program development, quality improvement, and leadership meetings
- Dedicate one day per week to our Patterson location
