Practice Setting:
- 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
- Make an impact with a growing patient panel
- We are the only surgical or birthing center within a 90-mile radius
- Modern campus with comprehensive services:
- Clinic, imaging, surgery, patient care unit, and rehab services
- You will join an established orthopedic team:
- Mayo-trained orthopedic surgeon, podiatrists, advanced practice providers, dedicated nursing staff, and athletic trainers
- Comprehensive on-site resources
Flexible Schedule:
- 4.5 days for clinic and surgery
- Plus dedicated time for admin
Cases and Procedures:
- Diverse patient population, mix of long-time residents and new families
- Wide range of needs from joint replacements to sports medicine
- Your time will be protected:
- APPs handle initial visits and post-surgical follow-ups, allowing you to focus on specialized procedures
Financial & Benefits:
- Up to $800k within the first year
- Guaranteed salary minimum of $650,000
- With potential for more based on experience and performance
- $50,000 signing bonus
- $30,000 retention bonuses (annually)
