Practice Setting
- Outpatient clinic setting with new FQHC opening
- Multidisciplinary collaboration with university hospital
- Support staff includes Medical Assistants and LVNs
Schedule
- 5 days a week, 1 week per month
- 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- 9 clinical half-days & 1 administrative half-day
Procedures and Cases
- Post-operative follow-ups handled by primary neurosurgeon
- Referrals placed through EPIC for specialty care, PT, and pain management
- No pain management services under neurosurgery
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
- BLS, ATLS certifications required
- California state licensure
