A rare opportunity awaits a Medical Ophthalmologist to assume the patient roster of a retiring Medical (Non-Surgical) Ophthalmologist in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The position offers a comprehensive scope of practice encompassing chronic disease management, pre and post-operative care, primary care, routine vision assessment, and optical services. This role will be more medically focused compared to typical optometry positions.
Our highly respected multispecialty integrated practice consists of 10 MD/OD ophthalmic professionals, including several advanced technology cataract surgeons, a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist, three retina surgeons, medical ophthalmology, optometry, primary eye care, and optical services. Our facilities boast a spacious free-standing building with clinical lanes, business offices, optical services, an excellent on-site ambulatory surgical center, and state-of-the-art equipment.
