Recruiter - Permanent Placement - Clinical Search
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Recruiter to join our Permanent Placement - Clinical Search team. In this role, you will leverage your strong communication skills, recruiting experience, and relationship-building expertise to connect top clinical talent with our clients. You'll thrive in our dynamic healthcare staffing environment, working alongside a collaborative team to make a meaningful impact on patient care.
This role can be filled in our Irving, Texas headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.
How you'll make an impact :
- Expert Consultation & Relationship Management :
Provide strategic recruitment advice and build lasting partnerships with C-suite decision-makers through on-site visits and consultations, serving as a key liaison between healthcare clients and candidates.
Leverage Curative's extensive database and diverse platforms to identify top healthcare talent. Conduct comprehensive interviews to align candidates' goals and needs with client opportunities, ensuring the perfect match.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to craft compelling job advertisements and marketing materials that attract the best talent while addressing any service concerns.
What We're looking For :
3-7 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs, along with a college degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively engaging with candidates and healthcare executives.
Strong phone skills and a proactive approach to making outbound sourcing calls to connect with candidate leads.
High level of independent judgment and decision-making ability for navigating complex situations.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to interact professionally with medical professionals and executives, fostering strong relationships.
Proficient in Google Workspace and other recruitment technologies, combined with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a commitment to success in the healthcare industry.

Compensation
The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary bonus. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education / training.
