Practice Details:
- A 72-bed community hospital with an extraordinary medical team of world-class physicians and specialists, top-notch medical technology, and caring professionals.
- 17-bed Emergency Department with an annual patient volume of 34,000
- 5 shifts per day, 8-9 hours each
- Patient load is approximately patients per hour (including patients supervised by APPs)
- Extensive subspecialty support provided
- Cerner EMR system used
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base rate RVU compensation, ranging from $230/hr - $260/hr with night bonus and annual bonus potential
- One-year track to full partnership and shareholder status
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
