Primary Care Physician Opportunity

Practice Setting

Outpatient clinic serving a patient base of 100,000 annually
Modern 133,000 sq. ft. facility with 24 exam rooms and assigned provider spaces
Collaborative team of 16 providers, including 10 physicians and 6 mid-levels
Comprehensive support staff with one RN per two providers and additional MA support

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM; option for a 4-day workweek with admin time

Call rotation is 1 : 8, phone only

Flexible start times, with patient care beginning at 9 : 00 AM

Compensation and Benefits

Guaranteed annual base salary

Annual retention bonus of $10,000 and relocation assistance provided

Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and long-term care insurance

5 weeks of PTO (includes federal holidays) and 5 CME days with a $2,500 allowance

401(k) plan with a 4% employer match on 50% of annual salary
