Landscape/Gardening Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and gardens, ensuring that all plant life is healthy and thriving. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, and planting.

Duties

• Maintain and enhance landscape features by planting annuals, perennials & shrubs.
• Providing maintenance for properties throughout the season including weeding, trimming, deadheading, etc.
• Irrigate plants effectively to ensure proper hydration.
• Supervise landscaping projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards..
• Monitor plant health and address any issues such as pests or diseases promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to plan seasonal planting schedules and landscape designs.
• Communicating with clients onsite to discuss needs and issues client may have.

Skills

• Experience in supervising landscaping projects or teams is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics in landscaping.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong physical stamina for performing manual labor tasks such as lifting, digging, kneeling and standing for extended periods.
• Communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
