Soft Wash / Pressure Wash Lead Technician

Exterior cleaning company looking for a Team Lead. Responsible for driving company provided truck to customer sites, and providing roof cleaning, home soft washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, etc. Trucks and equipment remain housed in our warehouse near White Horse Rd in Greenville, you will go to the shop to start/end each day. You will be working solo most days, as well as with a helper on occasion. You must be a professional. We work on large residential and commercial projects. You've got to know your stuff in order to effectively serve the customer, complete the jobs quickly and with quality results, and avoid damaging expensive property.

We provide all the training and support you need to be successful. Bonuses are available for productivity and commissions are earned on any upsells.

This industry is semi-seasonal. We will have plenty of work for 9 months, then do a planned partial shutdown from Dec thru Feb. We may have some work to do here and there during that time, but you will need to have a plan for those 3 months.

```Duties:```
- External Pressure Washing, House / Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Window Cleaning
- Gutter Guard installation
- Professionally interact with customers
- Work with provided equipment and ladders to complete assigned cleaning/install tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed

```Requirements:```

- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Ladder use is an almost daily task, must be proficient and not afraid of heights - Physically demanding. We work all year, in all weather. Some equipment is heavy. Must be fit enough and strong enough to complete the jobs safely and without cutting corners. - Respectfulness of team members and customers is paramount
- Proficient in the use and maintenance of hand tools and equipment (will provide training)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
