Duties
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers with the U Cart rental process
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, maintaining records, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist in managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette while communicating with clients and vendors.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work Saturdays
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent computer literacy with familiarity in office software and equipment. .
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Experience in a front desk or receptionist role is a plus but not mandatory.
