Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, including equipment, utensils.
- Operate cash registers for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales through effective communication and customer engagement.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Provide friendly and helpful service to all customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
Skills
- Experience in the food industry with knowledge of food safety practices.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures with attention to detail.
