Essential Functions |
Creation of new Customer accounts in SAP, ensuring compliance with FICO Master Data policies and SLA. The Specialist is also responsible for the creation and management of tax exempt certificates in Vertex, where applicable. |
Creation of new Vendor accounts in SAP, ensuring compliance with FICO Master Data policies and SLA. The Specialist is also responsible for the management of 1099 vendor data, as it relates to unincorporated entities providing services to Curbell. It is critical to setup 1099 vendors properly from the point of inception, to ensure proper downstream reporting to State and Federal tax authorities annually. |
Maintain Customer accounts on a carry forward basis, answering change requests from the field, while ensuring compliance with FICO Master Data policies and SLA. The Specialist is also responsible for management of tax exempt certificates in Vertex, and the exemption expiration mailings, where applicable. |
Furnishing Credit References to Vendors, Requesting W9 forms from Vendors (TIN requests associated with 1099 reporting), filing imaging and maintaining customer and vendor records. |
Furnishing Dun & Bradstreet reports to the Accounts Receivable credit specialists, to facilitate the credit review process downstream. |
Maintain Vendor accounts on a carry forward basis, answering change requests from the field, while ensuring compliance with FICO Master Data policies and SLA. |
Performs other duties as assigned. |
