Inside Sales Representative – Your Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing relationships, and supporting logistics. This is an exciting opportunity to learn best-in-class service strategies across multiple areas, including:
- Customer Relations & Account Management
- Inside Sales & Business Development
- Employee Logistics
- Vendor & Inventory Management
- Employee Training (partial)
- General Office & Sales Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with current customers.
- Coordinate logistics of CurbTek Field Mechanics and supply chain activities to optimize sales efficiency.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory control to support sales and operations.
- Manage supplier relationships to improve purchasing and distribution processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve logistical or operational challenges.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for reporting, data analysis, and communication with suppliers and vendors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (postgraduate degree preferred but not required).
- Ability to adapt and embrace change in a fast-growing company.
- Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable with evolving responsibilities in a startup environment.
- High aptitude for technology and willingness to learn new systems.
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
