CURE Auto Insurance has openings due to our continuing growth and success in our New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania markets. We are looking for a highly effective individual with Michigan PIP No-Fault experience to lead our Michigan PIP staff. This role would include training/onboarding, performance coaching, technical guidance, and administrative oversight of the Supervisor’s section of PIP claims adjusters. The position will report directly to the PIP Manager.
Essential Job Functions
Starting Salary: $90,000-$105,000 annually commensurate with previous experience- Exempt role
Schedule: Full-time; Mondays - Fridays, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location: Candidates must be willing to work a hybrid schedule in the Downtown Detroit, MI office. You will be expected to come on-site four days a week with one day weekly for remote work.

Essential Job Functions
- Frontline supervision responsibility for performance, quality, productivity, and dependability for section of PIP claims staff.
- Resolves complaints, problems and questions which have escalated through the team.
- Assist in file reviews and audits to evaluate if individuals are meeting claim compliance regulations and company established claims handling processes and procedures.
- Contributes to the coaching and development for both new hires and existing PIP staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, BS/BA preferred.
- 3 years of Michigan PIP No-Fault experience required, 5 years preferred
- 1 year of personnel supervision experience required, 3 years preferred
- Ability to effectively identify, lead, coach and develop claims professionals
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize unit workload
- Must possess good computer, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Michigan insurance, state regulations, and claims investigative techniques
- Operates with a strong sense of drive and urgency and comfortable working at a fast pace with deadlines
