Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate compliance and operational records, including lab testing and manifests.
- Auditing: Conduct internal audits of departments and product inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Security & Access Logs: Maintain security logs, access logs, and ID badge programs for visitors and vendors.
- Third-Party Coordination: Direct, coordinate, and escort third-party lab testing, analysis, and sample preparation.
- Tracking & Reporting: Track and report department activities, lab testing, and product inventory to ensure compliance with state laws and company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data as needed.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure the facility remains compliant with all applicable regulations, reporting any compliance concerns to department heads.
- Additional Support: Perform other duties as assigned to assist management and meet business needs.
Experience & Skills:
- Preferred experience in data entry and BioTrack software.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, materials, and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Existing knowledge or willingness to learn about the cannabis industry and its regulations.
- Work history showing progressive responsibility and adaptability to new challenges.
- Proficiency in mathematics and analytical thinking.
Reasoning & Problem-Solving Abilities:
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to solve problems with structured procedures and limited variables.
- Willingness to learn and apply state and local cannabis regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Technical & Physical Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with data entry software and compliance tracking tools.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Visual attention to detail for reviewing documents and tracking data.
- Ability to lift and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be 21 years or older and pass a state-mandated background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
