Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Act as the welcoming face of Cure Oahu, ensuring the best-in-class experience for all customers.
- Leadership: Oversee all aspects of customer experience, leading and inspiring a high-performing team.
- Sales & Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, accurate cash handling, and sales tracking.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Opening & Closing Responsibilities: Manage the opening and closing procedures of the dispensary.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all local and state cannabis regulations.
- Technology & Services: Stay informed about emerging retail technology and services to enhance customer experience.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a customer/retail-focused industry.
- 1 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with POS systems.
- Strong skills in cash management and inventory control.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 and meet all state and local regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry.
- Must pass a state-mandated Department of Health background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to work a rotating schedule of four 10-hour shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
