What We Are Looking For:

Providing excellent service is key when guiding customers through their cannabis purchasing experience. If you have a talent for understanding customer needs and providing knowledgeable recommendations, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing expert guidance on cannabis products.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about all cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories, and educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Sales: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Promote special deals and upsell relevant products.
- Compliance: Follow all local and state cannabis regulations, including age verification and customer ID checks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in restocking and organizing inventory. Report discrepancies to management.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
- Customer Education: Share product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a positive and
- efficient customer experience.
Experience:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of cannabis products and their effects, or a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 and meet all state and local regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry.
- Must pass a state-mandated Department of Health background check.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 25 pounds.
