Job Title: Customer Specialist Lead

What we are looking for:

Do you have experience in a client-service intensive industry and or supervisor role? Whether you're seasoned in retail supervisor role or eager to take on a new challenge, we welcome your skills and passion for leadership and customer service.

Providing excellent service is key when overseeing the customer experience at our medical cannabis dispensary. If you're great at leading a team, handling inventory and cash management, and ensuring the smooth operation of a retail environment, you're the leader we're seeking.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Act as the welcoming face of Cure Oahu, ensuring the best-in-class experience for all customers.
  • Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the customer experience, leading and inspiring a unique team of employees.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, accurate cash management, and sales tracking.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.
  • Opening and Closing Responsibilities: Manage the opening and closing procedures of the dispensary.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all local and state cannabis regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects of operations.
  • Technology and Services: Stay informed about emerging retail technology and services to enhance the customer experience.

Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in a client-service intensive industry.
  • 1 years' experience in a managerial or supervisor role.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Skill in accurate cash management and inventory control.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must be able to pass a state-mandated background check.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work 4-10 hour shifts with rotating schedules, including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
