Job Summary :
Cuready is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to work a 13 week contract at one of our affiliated hospitals in Oklahoma.
Contract term : Term : 13 weeks
Start date : 3 - 4 weeks
Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00)
Job requirements :
3 positions open. Acute Care, Outpatient or SNF
Physical Therapist
Swing-bed services with float to Outpatient Rehab as needed
Ratios : 1 : 1 patient care
3 years of experience required
First-time travelers accepted
BLS required
No call or weekends
Locals accepted
Must have Oklahoma licensure
RTO Restrictions : No RTO 7 / 29 / 24-8 / 02 / 24
Guaranteed Hours : 80 hours / ppd
Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
