Your Role as a Home Infusion RN
As part of our nursing team, you will:
- Establish and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed.
- Administer medications and assess for side effects.
- Evaluate patient suitability for home infusion care.
- Document patient history and clinical information in an electronic medical record system.
- Communicate patient responses and concerns promptly.
What You Need
✔ Active, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
✔ Valid Driver’s License and ability to commute to patients’ homes.
✔ Minimum 2 years of infusion experience in a clinical care setting (e.g., medical-surgical unit, emergency department, ICU).
✔ Recent and strong peripheral IV insertion skills.
✔ Ability to work independently in a home setting.
✔ Current CPR Certification.
✔ EMR documentation proficiency.
✔ Home infusion experience preferred.
(COVID vaccination preferred but not required.)
