Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a strong background in event management and project management to effectively position and promote the CureMD brand. This role will focus on organizing and executing conferences, events, webinars, and CureMD customer and employee engagements, while also managing key project initiatives for the marketing department. This person will work closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams on strategic messaging, event planning, and operational efficiencies to strengthen brand presence and internal culture. Ideally, the candidate will have healthcare technology experience and be comfortable influencing the marketing direction and supporting creative initiatives to elevate our market visibility. Due to the seasonality of events, this role will have responsibilities around project management for marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Event Management (70%)
Plan, coordinate, and manage all national conferences, client user groups, road shows, and online events – ensuring seamless execution.
Optimize event presence, including creating and managing budgets, overseeing cost spreadsheets, conducting post-event reviews, and generating actionable recommendations.
Work with the social media team to provide coverage for company developments, announcements, activities, events, and news.
Perform quality assurance for event booths, marketing materials, presentations, laptops, and promotional documents before publishing, distribution, and shipping.
Coordinate with HR and Finance to arrange travel for event attendees.
Project Management for Marketing Department (30%)
Lead marketing project initiatives, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and alignment with CureMD’s brand and business objectives.
Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, action plans, and resource allocation for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress, assess risks, manage project milestones, and provide updates to the marketing team and stakeholders.
Implement project management tools and best practices to improve workflow, documentation, and efficiency across marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
5 years of Events and Project Management experience.
BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Public Relations Communications, or a related major from an accredited college/university.
Healthcare technology marketing and event coordination strongly preferred.
Knowledge of industry trends and hands on experience with social media marketing and search engine optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High energy, proactive, creative, sociable, and self-motivated.
Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel 25-50% for events and national conferences.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range $75,000 - $85,000.
