Job Responsibilities :
- Strategic HR Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with CureMD's business goals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Policy Development and Implementation : Design, implement, and refine HR policies and procedures that are scalable, compliant, and tailored to meet the needs of a growing, dynamic organization.
- Performance Management : Manage the organization's performance management framework, collaborate with department heads and team leaders to establish clear performance goals and metrics, and facilitate regular feedback and coaching with managers and employees.
- Organizational Development : Drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, including change management, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs.
- Employee Relations : Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and employees, addressing complex employee relations issues with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
