Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring data accuracy in the system.
- Assist callers by resolving concerns or directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Document and update patient information, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster trust and satisfaction among patients and clients.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
