ROLE OVERVIEW
The CTO will have superior leadership, technical, project management, and communication skills. This position will work directly with our clients and technical partners during the sales, installation, integration, and ongoing support processes. This person will oversee the development of our product and provide a competitive advantage through the quality of their work and the work of their team. The ideal candidate will be able to act independently and as part of a team to build rapport and credibility with our internal team and the markets we serve.
You will have the following responsibilities :
Software Development
- Hands-on development of the product
- Work with external vendors to design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and support the product
- Define, design, and enforce software development strategy and methodology
- Select appropriate technologies (languages, tools, platforms, etc.) for use in developing, accelerating, and deploying the product
- Define, design, and refine architecture of the product to meet performance, security, maintainability, interoperability, stability, scalability, and marketability requirements of the product
- Work directly with the sales team answering technical questions related to product architecture, installation, integration, features, and functionality.
- Lead product installations and integrations acting as the liaison between internal resources, clients, and 3rd party vendors and partners.
- Coordinate with customer PACS, RIS, and IT personnel within to ensure successful deployment of our solutions.
- Manage project deadlines, technical and security requirements, and any other details to drive successful installations
- Provide ongoing support to customers to effect configuration changes, ingest and manage support requests, provide a conduit for customer concerns or suggestions
- Work closely with the Product Management team to help bring the voice of the customer to future versions of the software
- Provide full lifecycle management in compliance with contractual SLA for any technical issues that arise at our clients
- Utilize project management skills to ensure comprehensive, on-time delivery of all installation and maintenance services ensuring compliance with all contractual SLA (Service Level Agreements)
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the customer engagement lifecycle
- Provide hands-on integration of the product with partners, licensees, and customers
- Implement, own, and manage all dev-ops for product
- Create repeatable, documented tools and processes for integration and interfaces
