The ideal candidate will help team members and the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications, delivering customer service, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients with inquiries, processing transactions, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to ensure medication availability.
- Ensure pharmacy operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Keep precise patient records and pharmacy documentation.
- Handle insurance claims processing efficiently and resolve reimbursement issues.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a pharmacy technician training program is preferred.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Basic Knowledge of Excel
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Solid understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations.
