Patients sign up online, complete their medical intake, and have an initial consultation before their prescription is finalized.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage with potential customers who have started but not completed the signup process. Your role is to follow up, answer questions, address concerns, and guide them toward completing their subscription.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive Outreach: Contact leads via phone, email, and SMS who have started but not completed the signup process.
- Consultative Selling: Educate potential patients on our allergy treatment, pricing, insurance options, and long-term benefits.
- Overcome Objections: Address concerns about cost, effectiveness, and process to help prospects feel confident in subscribing.
- Follow-Up Strategy: Implement a structured follow-up process to nurture leads through completion.
- Collaboration: Work with the operations and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new subscribers.
- Track Performance: Maintain records of interactions and conversion rates to optimize outreach strategies.
Compensation:
