What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Lead position at Curexa Pharmacy?
The Fulfillment Lead is a registered technician position who supports Curexa Pharmacy services through developing standardized processes and ensuring high quality standards are in place for the management of compounding and non-sterile pharmaceutical products and retail manufactured items. The position will assist the Pharmacy Technical Services Pharmacist, Lab Production Manager, and Director, Compounding Operations, in the creation and maintenance of all formula and prescription item aspects of non-sterile of hazardous and non-hazardous preparations using the principles of compounding practices meeting USP < 795> and USP < 800> standards.
This position is responsible for ensuring that all pharmaceutical products produced and sold through Curexa's software platform are accurate and reflective of the highest quality standard in all technical, clinical, and labeling aspects and comply with relevant state and federal regulatory requirements.
Primary focus of this position shall be to ensure the accurate quality and technical standards of information, and compliance across the lab production environment.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including production managers, pharmacists, supervisors, and regulatory affairs personnel, to assist in establishing and maintaining a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the pharmacy lab.
Technical duties include, but are not limited to, creating, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of the Master Formulation Records, bench testing new products and formulas when warranted, addressing change control requests, and troubleshooting/investigating formulation issues.
Shall maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary working environment by complying with Curexa policies and procedures, SOPs, NJ State Board of Pharmacy regulations and federal laws, and to facilitate Curexa's growth and success of the pharmacy
