About the Role
The Director, Analytical Development will lead multi-faceted programs and direct others, possessing an in-depth knowledge of analytical techniques used to characterize protein bioproducts. In addition, this individual will oversee analytical method development, transfers, validation & operations, and stability studies for critical raw materials, drug substance, and drug product.
This role requires strong leadership, interpersonal communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The candidate must also be able to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
