Corporate Counsel / Senior Corporate Counsel - Commercial Transactions - Remote

We provide global contract research and development and manufacturing services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
The Corporate Counsel / Senior Corporate Counsel (depending on qualifications / experience) candidate will join our in-house legal team, providing legal advice and support on a wide variety of matters, with principal emphasis on commercial contracting, in support of one or more of Curia's R&D, Drug Product, and Manufacturing business units. With locations across the US, Europe, and India, Curia R&D and Manufacturing offers outsourced biology, analytical, medicinal chemistry, chemical development, small scale active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) development and manufacturing services. Drug Product, via locations across the US and in Scotland, offers formulation development, engineering, and manufacturing of injectable drugs at large, commercial scale. The optimal candidate will draft and negotiate contracts with customers globally, and actively support Sales and Operations on day-to-day commercial issues, in addition to contributing more broadly within the Legal Department.
This position will report to the Senior Corporate Counsel III for transactions, and will support the General Counsel, other senior attorneys and mid-level to C-suite business partners, as part of a collaborative legal team. The role will have high visibility within the organization.
This position is fully remote. The Commercial Transactions attorney will join a diverse and dynamic Legal and Compliance Department of experienced attorneys and professional staff currently based in remote locations across the US, Spain manufacturing site, and India R&D site.

Pay Range : $90,000-$140,000
Education, experience, location and tenure may be considered along with internal staff equity when job offers are extended.
