What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at Curio Wellness?
SUMMARY : We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to join our sales team as a Sales Order Processor / Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders and providing excellent customer service to our clients. In addition, they will also be responsible for handling account issues, filling in as needed when a sales representative is away, and managing credit memos and punch cardprocessing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently for Missouri & Maryland
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account issues as needed
- Assist with customer service responsibilities, including order tracking, billing, and shipping inquiries
- Fill in as needed for designated sales representatives when they are away, including managing their clients and orders
- Manage credit memos, including processing refunds and ensuring proper documentation
- Provide accurate and actionable sales data report to the team
- Support sales organization through meeting planning and other administrative support of sales platforms(Sparkplug, Leaf Link, Acumatica, Headset)
