POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Global Marketing Manager or Senior Global Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer engagement for Curiox’s innovative product portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing product messaging, managing digital content, and enabling sales teams with compelling marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of life sciences, biotechnology, or diagnostics markets, along with expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and market analysis. The candidate may work hybrid in the Greater Boston area or remotely within the United States.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
    • Develop and execute global marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and product adoption.
    • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, social media, and events.
    • Collaborate with sales, R&D, and commercial teams to define messaging and positioning.
    • Leverage analytics to determine the effectiveness of marketing programs based upon objectives and key results (OKRs) and the ROI of marketing efforts. Regularly track and report on marketing metrics, successes, failures, and findings.
  • Lead Generation & Market Expansion
    • Implement lead-generation programs to drive customer engagement and sales pipeline growth.
    • Develop targeted marketing initiatives for Pluto ALPHA, Pluto LT/MT/HT, and Pluto Code licensing to support their commercial success.
    • Analyze customer segmentation and competitive positioning to refine marketing efforts.
  • Content Creation & Digital Marketing
    • Own the Curiox.com website’s marketing content, including messaging updates, SEO optimization, and lead conversion.
    • Oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, white papers, webinars, and customer success stories.
    • Develop engaging marketing collateral, presentations, and product brochures.
  • Event & Conference Management
    • Plan and execute marketing strategies for key industry conferences (e.g., SLAS, AAI, CYTO).
    • Drive event-based marketing, including booth design, speaking engagements, and promotional campaigns.
  • Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement
    • Provide marketing assets and sales tools that enhance the effectiveness of commercial teams.
    • Support product launches with targeted campaigns and training materials.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry influencers.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field. Advanced degree (MS/MBA/PhD) preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in life sciences marketing, biotech, or diagnostics marketing.
  • Proven track record of executing global marketing strategies and product commercialization.
  • Experience with B2B digital marketing, website management, and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess marketing performance and ROI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics tools.
  • Expected travel up to approximately 30%, mostly domestic but may include international.

LOCATION

Ideal candidate will be located in the Greater Boston area and be able to work in our office a few days per week. Remote US candidates will also be considered.
