Curiox is looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Representative in the greater Boston area
Job Summary: As an Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell Curiox platforms in biotech, pharma, and many other lab settings. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue through proactive engagement with key decision-makers in the flow cytometry and single cell sequencing field. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships, find new business and grow existing business, and effectively communicate the value of our products will contribute to the success and growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct daily sales calls to introduce new products and sales information to our customers
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quota
• Maintain a high level of technical and market expertise and educate the market on proper utilization and acceptance of Curiox’s Laminar Cell Wash and DropArray™ technologies
• Achieve revenue goals by growing current accounts and building new accounts through heavy prospecting and networking
• Demonstrate a strong working knowledge around the capabilities of the Curiox technology
• Work closely with the Field Application Scientists and engineers to drive a team-based sales approach with prospects
• Utilize and maintain CRM system for tracking of accounts, contacts and sales opportunities
• Develop and foster strong working relationships with customers
• Participate in on-site customer exhibtions and national trade shows to promote Curiox technology
• Actively gather and provide "voice of customer" and "competitive intelligence" to the product management and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
• Must have experience in Life Science Markets with emphasis in Flow Cytometry, Single Cell applications, ELISA’s/Multiplexed Bead ELISA’s, lab automation, and sample preparation.
• 2 years prior sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Team oriented contributor
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Able to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including flexibility with schedule and function
• Strong work ethic and initiative to drive growth
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
