Position Overview :
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working within a functional health framework and assisting individuals in navigating their mental health challenges through holistic methodologies. In this position, you will work closely with clients to evaluate their needs, provide therapy, and collaborate with other health professionals to enhance overall care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform thorough evaluations of clients' mental health requirements and create tailored treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, encompassing individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Adopt a holistic perspective on mental health, incorporating physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors into the treatment process
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team that includes medical doctors, nutritionists, and other therapists to provide integrated care
- Track and assess client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Keep precise and confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA standards
- Inform clients about coping mechanisms, wellness strategies, and self-care practices
- Remain up-to-date with the latest best practices in mental health treatment and apply new methodologies in your work
- Engage in team meetings, case discussions, and opportunities for professional growth
