As a Personal Injury Administrator, you will work closely with our Personal Injury Team to manage administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, computer proficiency, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Due to the sensitive nature of healthcare, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and filter patient referrals and incoming emails.
- Process L.O.P. (Letter of Protection) requests.
- Coordinate and schedule referrals and consultations.
- Collaborate with case managers and law firms to facilitate patient care.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
- Handle billing tasks and maintain accurate records within an electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
