Key Responsibilities :
- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure that company records align with bank statements.
- Assist in preparing account analysis required to complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of accruals needed for monthly reporting.
- Monitor discrepancies and work to resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary documentation for accurate reconciliation.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects as needed.
- Support the accounting team in other day-to-day activities.
