">The Consumer Loan Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities
">- To provide personalized support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- To market new loans to existing and new customers, using targeted solicitation calls and other strategies to drive sales growth.
- To educate and upsell customers on all product offerings, including loan options and insurance products.
- To process loan applications, determining customer eligibility and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To work with past-due customers, bringing their accounts current through collection calls and other interventions.
