Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their loan applications, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome and assist every customer in a professional manner
- Market Loans: Effectively market new loans to existing and new customers through solicitation calls
- Educate and Upsell Customers: Educate and upsell customers on all product offerings, including loan options and insurance products
- Process Loan Applications: Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility
- Work with Past Due Customers: Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collection calls
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer Service Mindset: Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Experience with Sales and/or Customer Service: Proven experience in sales and/or customer service
- Ability to Multitask: Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required
