Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities
- Utilize various tools and platforms, including cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other outbound tactics to identify and engage potential clients
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the account executives
- Maintain a high volume of daily outreach activities
- Collaborate with the team to align outbound efforts with inbound marketing strategies
- Track and report on all sales activities and results using our CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our company's services
- A technical understanding of software development, whether through past career experience or your own side projects – we’re looking for people who have opened up a terminal and written code
- Ideally in Philadelphia proper, but the surrounding suburbs are OK as well if you’re willing to commute into the city.
- Ability to use data in decision-making
- Fast learner, motivated to earn money, and growth-oriented
- Outgoing, good with people, and able to think on your feet
- Able to learn and pick up new software tools quickly
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
