We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Alpharetta, for a contract to hire. In this role, you will play a key part in collecting data, creating reports, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in accounting, advanced financial modeling skills, and the ability to interpret large datasets while clearly conveying complex information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly “Workbook” for management and private equity partners, ensuring timely completion (by the 15th of each month).
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or growth.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights for management and private equity stakeholders.
- Drive ERP enhancements and support financial reporting system improvements..
- Monitor financial performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend improvements.
Education and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Accounting degree and CPA certification a plus).
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Prior experience in private equity is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial software such as NetSuite or QuickBooks.
