We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Digital Payments Library (DPL) team, responsible for leading the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of this critical learning platform. As a product leader, you will own and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of DPL, ensuring alignment with Visa University's broader learning goals and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the DPL platform and its users' needs.
• Create and communicate clear product visions, roadmaps, and requirements to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive product innovation and improvement through data analysis and customer feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including leadership, content development teams, and technology teams.
• Ensure alignment between product strategy and business goals, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
Requirements:
• 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA, JD, MD).
• 8 years of product management experience, ideally in EdTech, digital learning, or content delivery platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience building stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-making.
