Job Summary
Visa University is seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the Digital Payments Library (DPL), driving its strategic direction, development, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the DPL platform and its users' needs.
• Create and communicate clear product visions, roadmaps, and requirements to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive product innovation and improvement through data analysis and customer feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including leadership, content development teams, and technology teams.
• Ensure alignment between product strategy and business goals, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Education, or a related field, with 10 years of professional experience or 8 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA, JD, MD).
• 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech, digital learning, or content delivery platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience building stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-making.
Working Conditions
This role will be performed in an office setting, with regular travel requirements. The incumbent will sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
