JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing company. This position will be instrumental in planning and executing marketing initiatives, managing events, creating and updating marketing materials, and supporting our brand’s visibility both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, experience with social media management, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Event & Employee Engagement:
- Event Planning & Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute employee outings, team-building events, and other employee engagement activities throughout the year.
- Volunteer Activities: Coordinate and promote employee volunteer opportunities, fostering a culture of community involvement.
Marketing Collateral Development:
- Marketing Materials: Develop, maintain, and update all marketing collateral, including monthly employee newsletters, brochures, business cards, banners, promotional merchandise (swag), uniforms, and more.
- Content Management: Oversee the content development and timely publication of marketing materials across various platforms.
Website & Digital Presence:
- Website Updates: Play a key role in updating and maintaining the company’s website, ensuring all content is current, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Photo & Video Content: Capture, edit, and manage photos and videos of company projects, events, and activities to showcase the company’s work.
- Media Archive: Manage and archive photos, videos, and marketing collateral for easy access and future use.
Social Media & Brand Management:
- Social Media Calendar: Develop, manage, and implement a social media calendar, ensuring consistent posting across all platforms.
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and messaging across all digital and physical platforms.
- Vendor Coordination: Supply vendors with logos, visual assets, and marketing materials to ensure brand consistency in all third-party promotions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Content Coordination: Collaborate with department heads to gather and create new content for marketing materials.
- Public Relations: Work closely with the Public Relations consultant to support media outreach, press releases, and other communication efforts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Decals: Coordinate the process of designing and implementing vehicle decals for company fleet.
- Multitasking: Handle multiple marketing projects simultaneously while working with minimal supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating marketing materials.
- Some expertise in graphic design and photo/video editing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive)
- Familiarity with basic SEO and SEM practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Creative, driven, and self-motivated to execute projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Some travel may be required for events and photoshoots.
- Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools is a plus.
- In-person, full-time position.
