The Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's telecommunications expenses and handling purchase orders related to HR, IT and Financial services. This role involves auditing invoices, analyzing usage patterns, supporting contract negotiations, submitting PO’s and ensuring processing/payment.
Current offers a flexible work policy which provides employees with the opportunity to work collaboratively four days per week on site and one day virtually.
Key Responsibilities:
Telecom Expense Management and Optimization
- Audit telecom invoices to identify billing errors and discrepancies
- Analyze telecom usage to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Assist in implementing cost-saving measures and optimizing telecom service usage
Telecom Contract and Vendor Support
- Support contract negotiations with telecom service providers
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain relationships with telecom vendors and assist in resolving service issues
Telecom Inventory Management
- Maintain an accurate inventory of telecom assets and services
- Track the lifecycle of telecom assets and assist in managing upgrades or replacements
Purchase Order Management
- Create and manage purchase orders for HR, IT and Financial services and equipment
- Track and reconcile purchase orders with invoices and payments
- Ensure timely processing and approval of purchase orders
Reporting and Analysis
- Provide reports on telecom usage, expenses, and savings
- Analyze telecom data to identify cost drivers and areas for improvement
Dispute Resolution
- Assist in resolving billing disputes with providers
- Support the resolution of service-related issues to minimize business disruption
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of experience in telecom expense management or a related field
- SAP ECC or S4 experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Mastery in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Bi-lingual, excellent verbal English skills
- Experience with telecom billing systems and contract management
