OVERVIEW:

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions to address complex business challenges. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to shape our AI strategy and showcase the potential for AI through early-stage solutions. We are collecting resumes for future similar positions.

The ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ENGINEER will:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI models and applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to transform data science prototypes into high-performance production applications.
• Implement machine learning algorithms to enhance the performance of AI systems.
• Conduct research to stay up to date with the latest AI technologies, algorithms, and methodologies.
• Prepare and clean large datasets for training AI models.
• Train and validate AI models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Optimize model hyperparameters for better performance and efficiency.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Document AI development processes and maintain records for future reference.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical, legal, and societal standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years related experience.
• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• DoD Secret Clearance - MUST BE US Citizen to be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or robotics.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of data engineering and data preprocessing techniques.
