Our client is looking for an experienced Microsoft Intune MDM Engineer to join our IT Operations team and manage the design, deployment, configuration, and security of our mobile devices and applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our devices with our policies and standards, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and deploy Endpoint Management solutions through Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Apple Business Manager platforms for mobile device management and mobile application management, including device enrollment, app deployment, app protection, app configuration, and app inventory.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the Intune environment and devices, using Intune reports, dashboards, alerts, and logs, and applying updates, patches, and fixes as needed
- Enforce device and app compliance policies and remediate any non-compliance issues, using Intune compliance policies, conditional access policies, device actions, and device wipe, and ensuring alignment with security standards and regulations
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users and IT staff on Intune related issues, using Intune troubleshooting portal, Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center, and Microsoft 365 support, and escalating complex issues to Microsoft support as needed
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Intune with other Microsoft services and platforms, such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Outlook, and leveraging features such as single sign-on, multifactor authentication, data loss prevention, and encryption
- Document and update Intune policies, procedures, and best practices, using Microsoft Docs, Microsoft Learn, and Microsoft Tech Community, and conducting regular audits and reviews of the Intune environment
