Are You a Theatre Enthusiast with a Passion for Hosting? A leading Broadway theatre owner-operator is looking for enthusiastic Hosts/Runners who live and breathe theatre. Join our team and play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
The role of Host will consist of greeting and escorting VIP guests to their tables in one of our VIP Lounges, collaborating with the Customer Experience Director and Bar team to provide an excellent experience for our VIPs in one of our exclusive Lounges. Monitoring the Lounges, overseeing staff, and ensuring a courteous and efficient operation to guarantee guest satisfaction are key elements of this role. You will also manage Lounge lines and provide service in line with ATG Entertainment's Core Values and Commitments.

You'll be part of a collaborative, respectful, and driven company dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for both theatergoers and theatre-makers on Broadway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort guests to tables in one of our VIP Lounges.
- Monitor dining and lounge areas, ensuring a courteous and efficient operation.
- Oversee staff and guest interactions to maintain high standards of service and satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food and sanitation standards is desirable.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs and stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
- Sell Day-of Lounge packages to those waiting in line

Commitment

Compensation
- Hourly rate: $21 per hour.
