Job Title : Order Processing Specialist

Position Summary : Supports the selling of all Kahler Automation products and goods, assisting the Sales, Finance, and other functional departments with order-related activities, to ensure efficient order processing, including the preparation of quotes, contract agreements, and managing order-related documentation.

Education / Experience : Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Computer Skills : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer knowledge, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software, and a willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
Reasoning Ability : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Math Ability : Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Language Ability : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals effectively and clearly. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees in the organization.
Travel : Travel is not a regular part of this position.
