Responsibilities
- Reception -
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Answer incoming calls, co-manage the reception email account, and handle package distribution.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Guide vendors through the office space, ensuring they have proper access and are aware of any relevant protocols.
- Assist employees with inquiries about office operations.
- Office Support -
- Assist with moving, organizing, and setting up office furniture and equipment as needed.
- Coordinate and execute basic maintenance tasks, such as stocking supplies, assembling furniture, and arranging deliveries.
- Support the Operations team in organizing storage spaces and ensuring common areas are clean and functional.
- Help prepare for office events, including setup and teardown of furniture and equipment.
